    Your disposable. Even after giving extra they will cut you or nurse/ pt ratio. More work n work is human life. But it's expensive so you work no breaks and get unsatisfied health care to care for yourself, cause burnout is inevitable.

    the worst thing is every year you get a cost of living raise your benefits package goes up. You don't see and increase in your check because your raise is covering your benefits.

    They offer a lot of different benefit packages to fit different budgets. Pretty generous PTO and long term sick time.
