    Basic skillsoft training LMS for employees. Most of training is learned by shadowing and meetings with managers and you hit the ground running pretty quickly

    Most of the trainers are unprofessional and their training stinks. They are repetitive on the material and not enough hands on with the systems and practicing calls. There should be a rating system so us IBOs can pick who trains our business.
