You pay for your job training. You supply all the equipment, the internet, etc. You are not compensated for your time either.
Job training can be expensive but everyone has to make money, but in the end you end up earning back within the first week or two.
Job training is thorough; requires about 3 - 4 hours per day, Much of it is self-paced.
Long training hours (4) and 6 weeks long
The training systems were a pain, however the training staff is knowledgeable and friendly with a great willingness to help
Good on the Job Trainings
Basic skillsoft training LMS for employees. Most of training is learned by shadowing and meetings with managers and you hit the ground running pretty quickly
You are fully trained during a 4-6 week class. You pay for training, but that just makes you that much more determined and committed. No one wants to waste their own money.
Most of the trainers are unprofessional and their training stinks. They are repetitive on the material and not enough hands on with the systems and practicing calls. There should be a rating system so us IBOs can pick who trains our business.
They are good at getting employees ready to work for their company!
