It covers basic vaccines and flu shots for free. The rest of the medical expenses are subsidised for ASU employees and students.
ASU is large enough to gain considerable leverage over most insurance companies. As a result they pass along the savings to their employees, keeping healthcare under control.

Totally it is good to live and work. The living cost is low. But summer is too hot.
There are multiple choices for health insurance. All are top tier insurance options. I have never had anything rejected or not paid for when it comes to health care coverage.
It's great! Anything and everything is covered.
I do not use their insurance. I use my spouse's through his work. But they provide me nothing for not using it (like additional monies for not taking this benefit)
Best: low deductible/OOP max, low copays, especially if on-site facility used Worst: limited network of docs on Aetna
