Employer pays 100% of premiums for our BASE HDHP Health Plan for Employee Only, Employee + One, AND Employee + Family coverages!! That is UNHEARD of and truly shows they CARE for their Employees! They also offer a PREMIUM HDHP that the Employer subsidizes. They offer HSA accounts to their Employees and match our HSA contribution dollar for dollar up to $400 (Employee Only), $600 (Employee + One), and $800 (Employee + Family). The BEST Employee Benefit package I’ve EVER received from an Employer!!

Best- The cost for an individual's health coverage is hardly anything. Thankfully my wife is still able to be on her parents plan. Once she gets older we will have to do the family plan which is a bit high for just 2 people. Worst- The changing of the plans all the time.
The vacation time and pay offered are great but the insurance offered is a high deductible plan.
Great benefits across the board. Health/vision/dental insurance (along with an in-house HSA account), PTO, 401k, optional life insurance, etc.
Overall, benefits are good but lack a health insurance program other than high deductible.
