A great place to work with great benfits!
Great institution to work at.
The district provides a variety of healthcare plans
Healthcare options are solid, 401k and pension plan are also solid, and the education opportunities to learn about retirement are plentiful.

This may sound crazy, but does anyone else not love summer break? I enjoy my work. It gives me purpose. Sure, we plan and do things over summer, but I find the constant pressure of finding constructive things to do day to day increases my anxiety. Give me two weeks like winter break and let’s get back to it 🤷♂️

The benefits here were the only thing worth working for the county.
Good benefits, option to Kaiser, retairement plan
Benefits great for salaried positions, but lost benefits previously with hourly position. No benefits currently with hourly positions
Great health insurance and vision insurance
The benefits are decent though some neighboring counties offer better packages. The salary was competitive. Updates to contracts in other counties has made them more competitive with APS.
