Pretty good health plan overall, no education assitance
Armacell will contribute to your 401k after 3 years of employment. They offer an adequate amount of time off for vacation and personal time off. They offer an excellent health insurance package.

Medical insurance: Very inexpensive employee cost for program. PPO or HSA options. The PPO is a rich plan with a low employee deduction. You do have to participate in the wellness program to get the best rate, but it is not a big deal and really does promote taking care of yourself. Short Term Disability: They offer a plan where you get 100% of your normal wage after a week. This plan is provide to the employee for free. 401K they match 50 cents on each dollar contributed by the employee up to 6% Dental - pretty standard, but with a higher yearly max (most I have seen are $1,000. This is $2,000) Life ins - they give you your base salary free. Vision - offered as part of your medical. Total package is rich in benefit with low cost to the employee
