Armor believes that an employees compensation is about more than just their salary. We are proud to offer our employees medical, dental and vision coverage through leading providers in today’s benefit marketplace. The company pays approximately 100% of monthly premiums for our employees, providing them with quality benefits at minimal to no cost. In addition, Armor pays for 50% of the monthly premiums of enrolled dependents providing full family coverage at a substantial savings to our employees. Beyond our standard benefit plans, all employees receive a company-paid life insurance policy with options to purchase additional policies. We provide short- and long-term disability coverage paid at 100% so that employees do not have to worry about finances during times of difficulty.
Armor offers a generous 401k plan with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 5% of deferred salary. Vesting in our plan is 100% at time of enrollment with no tiers or vesting waiting periods. The Armor 401k comes with both Traditional and Roth deferral options and qualifies for loans.
In addition to “the standard” benefits, Armor offers a 24/7 snack bar to our employees each day. We also feature a monthly massage day in which our employees can take a break and relax. These benefits are offered to our employees at no cost and contribute to the energized and engaging workplace that is Armor.
401k, medical and compensation structure for sales reps.
Decent benefits package but 401k match decreased during the time that I was there
Insurance is above average and management is very flexible with time off
The company made efforts year over year to remain competitive within their market and to never pass 100% of increase onto the staff.
Unlimited PTO , though hard to take PTO in many departments bc of short staffing for amount of work
Armor takes care of it's employees (Heroes as we call them) better than other companies I've been involved with. They need to as it's long hours.
Amazing health care cost and great 401K match!
Benfits where very competitive for a small organization
A considerable benefit is the 401k match with no vesting requirement.
Catered lunch each weekday, new PTO policy is 'unlimited at managers' discretion', have wait and see about that. 401k company match just ended. Medical plan has changed every year so far, benefit reductions and employees cost goes up.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
