Great benefits all around. Good match on 401K and company puts money in pension fund as well.
Flexibility and family focus are great here.
The company offered a basic benefits package. The most helpful part was the fact that some of the HR staff was actually helpful in explaining the package since on its own it was not helpful.

Armstrong Teasdale generally has benefits competitive with other large law firms in the St. Louis area. Best - 401(k) plan is administered by Vanguard, so fees are low. Worst - No paid parental leave policy.
No matching 401k. Very expensive medical premium compared to my previous firm. Free food during seminars or associate events.
