Great company perks, good 401k plan, and great vacation package
PTO is pretty nice. 20 days vacation, 8 holidays, half day Fridays in the summer during non-busy season, and optional additional summer days off (or a bonus). Sick leave is wrapped up in PTO. 32 hours (4 days) of PTO to take the CPA exams. All CPA exam fees (one try each) are reimbursed, along with application fees. Becker CPA prep is also provided for free. High deductible medical, dental, and vision. HSA/FSA options. Nothing too special here. 401k is mediocre - they match half of the first 6% contributed, so essentially 3%. Free gym access in the building. Standard mileage/client expense reimbursement.
No benefits for interns but had activities to go to outside of work.
Best - wide variety of options including optional short term disability. Worst - weak medical options with high deductibles, minimal maternity leave, no paternity leave.
Great benefits, great company. No issues with benefits.
Vacation can be rolled over to next year and can be payed out when leaving the firm. 401K isn't that great in comparison to competitors. Maternity and paternity leave isn't that good either.
Best thing is that it was very well priced. The company picked up a lot of the cost for health insurance. Generous vacation policy and occasional meals provided during tax season (stipend provided to cover additional meals). Gym membership not provided, but there was a small gym on premises that could be used by employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
