Health Insurance is expensive for a large company and plans were not beneficial

A lot of options
The insurance is pretty decent and arrow does substantially subsidize it
Too expensive not enough choices
decent gold/silver/bronze options. Default is best for most
Push towards HSAs accounts to save money.
Worst is the coverage, no PPO plans so your out of pocket is very high
Employee is covered by the company and there are several plans to choose from for spouse and dependents. They also allow life partners to be covered - not many companies do that.
Overall the benefits are good for employees
