Benefits are pretty good. Provides good financial benefits for 401k retirement planning, student aid tuition assistance, and financial well being. Health and wellness benefits are good for new/early grads as well.

Very generous benefits and responsive benefits team on Slack to answer any questions, often within minutes. Parental leave is substantial. Be aware you’ll need to save 4 PTO days for end of year companywide shutdown.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

Health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, paid time off, sick time. This company has a wonderful benefits package. I pay a high deductible on purpose, but even still the medical insurance covers a lot.
