Vacation is a mandatory 9-day vacation, so 1 weekend, 1 work week, and another weekend off annually > 1-year service to the company. You'll use your PTO for your normally scheduled shift of 40 hours per work, or 25 hours if part-time. PTO accrues at an average of 10-12 hours monthly across 2 pay periods.

The PTO is very competitive at 4 weeks. This includes your sick leave as well. If you are not very sick on average, you will accumulate a lot of PTO very quickly to use as you please.
