“The best thing is unlimited PTO, and the worst thing is that PTO is unlimited ;) I feel like this is a pretty common phenomenon in the tech industry. The downside of unlimited PTO is that there is no guidance on what is the 'right' amount of days to take off.”

Fully company-sponsored health insurance is unheard of in my previous career. Perks are great as well - high quality food, transportation stipend, IT equipment (free airpods anyone?) and a collaborative culture. There is no 401k match, which is a downer, but the employee stock purchase plan lets you buy in at a pretty insane discount.
