We are committed to empowering all of our employees to help humanity thrive. With that in mind, every Asana is supported by a host of benefits that allows them to do great things every day, including, but not limited to:
- Health, vision, and dental insurance
- Untracked PTO
- Paid parental leave for new parents (16 weeks for all parents)
- Nourishing breakfast, lunch, and dinner served daily
- On-site yoga classes
- Executive and life coaching
- Fitness reimbursement
- Monthly ride sharing credits
- Commuter benefits
- Customized workstation with ergonomic chair and sit/stand desk
Asana highly values diversity. We endeavor to provide a hiring and working experience in which all people feel they are equally respected and valued, regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes someone unique.
Asana treats their employees incredibly well.
Commuter benefits were pretty bare minimum and the few ones they had were ridiculous (a shuttle from a BART station that is less than 10 minutes away?). Health, dental, and vision all great, at least.
Asana has literally *everything* except for 401k matching. Benefits include: three high quality and healthy meals a day, multiple yoga classes a day, gym membership, executive coaching, unlimited/untracked vacation, sabbaticals after 3 years, flexibility in choosing your own hours, $50 in rideshare credits a month, $70 for public transportation a month, plenty of company happy hours, pet friendly office, and all insurance premiums are covered.
For my lifestyle, I don't think there is a single gap in my benefits package at Asana. And not only are the gaps covered, but they are covered well. In addition, Asana's culture promotes my personal health and wellness, and responds appropriately when I have questions or problems in these areas of my life.
- Really healthy meal plan (dedicated culinary team) - Free Gym Membership - Uber/Lyft credits - Public Transport credits - Employee support groups (for minorities) - Life coaching opportunities
We got a Fitness SF subscription with a personal training session (that I took advantage of), 3 meals a day except no Friday dinner for weekdays, commuter benefits, and swag store credit. Best thing was 2 days paid time off during the internship.
Free breakfast lunch dinner and snacks that are homemade, thoroughly nutritious. In-house cafe with lovely barista to make you any drink you want (free of charge, of course). $50 in ride credits a month. Free professional coaching that people pay thousands of dollars for. Free gym membership and yoga programs. Commuter benefits aren't enough if you don't live in San Francisco, but they're still generous.
There's a health insurance for full-time employees as well as amazing healthy meals at the office 3 times a day. The office has an open-space plan, which encourages collaboration, but sometimes gets a bit noisy. There's a "take-what-you-need" vacation policy, yet it actually seems to discourage people from taking more than 2 weeks off annually. The best part is the culture which fosters inclusion and mindfulness. The company doesn't through crazy perks at you, but invests a lot of resources into your training and provides any supplies you need within the bounds of reason. Overall, a great benefits package.
Super comprehensive benefits package meant to keep your work/life balance in total check. They really, really do care that you come in feeling great and can leave feeling great.
