High Deductibles, I paid over $800.00 a month for me and my wife.
Very gracious as I saved the company money they compensated me however this was through a lot of time and auditing in 2011.
The 401K with company match is a good thing. Most of the Health Insurance plans have high deductibles. Only 15 days of PTO that also count as sick days.
Good basic with HSA - ideal if you are young and healthy. Good mental health benefits.
