I was making it through an abnormal time in my life and also in college so the last thing that was crossing my mind at this time was the benefits that come along with a job. Especially for someone who was only working part time and hourly, but when it came time to move on in life and leave asbury, I found that the benefits for myself had added up and actually showed.
only 11 days of pto for the first 3 years
Working with public held companies usually comes with same benefits so it’s great benefits for candidates coming from a smaller auto group, however, the benefits are inline
I did not opt in for benefits. PTO was nice
Great benefits offers for full time.
It’s expensive and you have to be there 90 days to get any.
401k match, didn't use their insurance at the time so unsure of how well it was.
Expensive and doesn't cover much
They have great paid time off, insurance, and from what I can see offer 8 weeks of maternity leave. Great company so far.
401k vacation medical vision and dental insurance, training, accident and life insurance plus some other coverages
