Benefits are getting better but still a lot of room to improve. The PTO plan is confusing.
Find ways to keep every penny, double find ways to take every dollar of profit, they will find ways to protect everything against commission, if you and your employment they will not give you anything whether it’s owed to you or not. It will find ways to terminate your employment before they have to pay you health benefits, they will not allow you family medical leave act, any insurance oh do they will not give you

Health insurance is generally expensive while the 4% match is decent for the 401K.
Company offers 401K, ample amount of PTO, and health care benefits. Benefits do not start until after grace period upon hire. High deductible on health care plans, but seems to be more standard in corporate.
Decent health insurance and 401k plans. I don't remember if we had paid time off or not. We were highly discouraged from taking time off.

If you need a vacation in the beginning of the year, you can borrow the time off.
