The best thing was actually that you earned increased time off, and in hours at a time, so it accrued as you worked, and you could see it. The vacation time was decent, and no hassle. Also, good health insurance and dental offerings as well. 401k was also good, with fair matching. Worst thing was probably that you had to close/cashout the 401k once you leave or penalized, and that Cobra to continue the healthcare is astronomical and there's no other alternative.
