Terrible healthcare benefits with large out of pocket costs. On top of terrible pay for RNs.
United didn’t cover a lot
Must pay $750 out of pocket before they cover a "specialist" I.E. My son's ophthalmology visit cost me $450 out of pocket!
Coverage is fine if you stay in the Seton network. Deductibles and out of pocket costs are increasing at a higher rate than salaries.
Good mental healthcare benefits. FSA/HSA depending on the insurance plan. Earn $225 for completing a health assessment and attending a yearly wellness visit with PCP.
Great medical benefits. Coverage is affordable and easy to understand.
The premiums are low, but the tier 1 network is limited.
It was inexpensive for the employee. The rates were low and the medical plan was easy to understand and to explain to family members.
It used to be better but its pretty good compared to other hospital systems around the city.
It was average. For a single it was good enough. For families, I am not sure how good it was. Dental was poor.
