    Health insurance premiums are great.

The company promotes a healthy balance between work and family. As a healthcare centric organization, they provide better then average health insurance program if you use the in-network practitioners. The company also contributes to your HSA. PTO is generous. The company also provided a stipend toward my cell phone. As with most companies, they have been pairing back some of the perks i.e. they stopped the cell phone stipend and have been increasing the employee portion of the health plan. The employee discount at the pharmacies was a great savings.

Benefits ok. Health insurance coverage has been steadily declining, odd for a system that provides health care!

You have to read the benefits package on your own.

Its non profit so 403-b instead of a 401k but overall very competitive with the market. Better coverage than the hospital staff.

The worst thing is the expensive insurance.
