Just standard benefits as other hospitals. Nothing. Can’t sell unused hours back. Can carry over 40 hours to next year. Never received bonus, probably only the management can have bonus.
It was nice to have insurance on the 1st day after a full 30 days of employment. Some companies make you wait 90 days and then offer benefits. My family didn't have to wait.
Large co-pays. It is like you are penalized for going outside of the network.
