Prorate your first year which I feel is good that you get still get a vacation. Very competitive vacation benefit.
19 days to start.
PTO is front-loaded for the entire year. No separate sick leave, all one bank of hours. Bereavement leave does not count against PTO. Generous amount of time off that goes up with years of service.
Good PTO, not the best but not the worst
The days do not roll over and it's a use it or lose it scenario but you start out with 22 days plus 8 paid holidays. The 22 days are used for personal, vacation and sick days. After 5 years you bump up another 5 days so you get 35 Days off a year which is fantastic.
The "boss" takes off a week a month and I can't seem to get a long weekend! Accrues slowly.
Very little PTO time and no sick days. Most employees suffer burn out with so little time off available
Great. Smart Time is the way to go! Would be nice if they added a few more holidays, or floating holidays. They offer 6 paid holidays, most companies offer 7-10.
They give you about 4 weeks of vacation and you get alternate days off with pay if you work holiday.
It is now a "Use it or Lose it" policy. In operations we lose an average of 40 hrs per year due to coverage requirements.
