Benefit Eligibility Associates regularly scheduled at .5 FTE (full-time employee) or greater are eligible for all benefits and must make enrollment elections within 31 days of hire. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage is effective the first of the month following one full calendar month of continuous employment as benefit-eligible status. Short-term disability and long-term disability are effective the first of the month following six full calendar months of continuous employment as benefit-eligible status.
PTO accrues after you get there, so you don't get any time to use right away. You also have to wait 6 months after being hired until you can use whatever you've accrued.
Matching 403b up to 6%. Medical, dental, vision Hsa /fsa
Many offerings, affordability and employee contributions a factor
benefit package is not good.
There are very few CSM facilities where I live, but I had to use them as I had to stay in network.
403b and pretty low deductible
Despite listing lots of benefits the time to use them was extremely limited. As other staff left I was given no additional support and work load continued to increase.
Expensive Medical insurance, sick time and holidays covered from employee PTO bank
Health benefits good...billing dept with csm is horrid. Vacation time is slow to accrue at first, but after many years, builds up quicker, even being part-time.
The benefits are too expensive for what you get for coverage and then they make you jump through hoops for a health benefit exam even when you've worked there for ever
