Benefit Eligibility Associates regularly scheduled at .5 FTE (full-time employee) or greater are eligible for all benefits and must make enrollment elections within 31 days of hire. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage is effective the first of the month following one full calendar month of continuous employment as benefit-eligible status. Short-term disability and long-term disability are effective the first of the month following six full calendar months of continuous employment as benefit-eligible status.
PTO accrues after you get there, so you don't get any time to use right away. You also have to wait 6 months after being hired until you can use whatever you've accrued.

There are very few CSM facilities where I live, but I had to use them as I had to stay in network.

Despite listing lots of benefits the time to use them was extremely limited. As other staff left I was given no additional support and work load continued to increase.
