PTO is hard to schedule, and you can't use it until you've worked there for 6 months. You also only get what you "accrue" after being hired. There's no set amount that you are given after being hired, like some other companies, and they were very unclear about this during the interviewing process, even when asked directly about it.

NO PTO, if you don't work that day, no pay

StarStarStarStarStar Former Patient Service Representative in West Allis, Wisconsin

Accumulating enough PTO to get enough days off takes a while unless you have worked there for a number of years.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Executive Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

I am very happy with the vacation and paid time off. I currently earn 11 hours every two weeks. It is easy to request off.

Nice PTO accrual system, but SICK time should be separate benefit than PTO

StarStarStarStarStar Current Medical Records Coder in Brookfield, Wisconsin

Vacation is substandard and you have to be a god amongst humans to actually earn a decent one.

We have PTO which is used for vacation, holidays and any unscheduled days. Any unscheduled time off (sick, accident, etc) is an "incident" and once you hit a certain amount of incidents you'll be written up.

Good amount of PTO accrued over short time I was there.

Standard package of 2 weeks off unless been there 5 years or more.
