401k has a decent match, 50% up to 8% salary. 2 health plan options, high deductible plan includes employer HSA funding.
Would like to see a personal choice option for medical benefits.
Horrible high deductible medical, cheapest outsourced vendors - remember people matter, not employees. 401k has poor limited fund choices and extremely cheap company match for a company claiming to be in the industry - “integrity always.” Work from home is used as a weapon against you by management if you don’t do tons of free overtime to keep up with the volumes or taken back. (Watch how fast you become a salaried Senior so they avoid all the overtime) Very few laptops, welcome to the technology they opened with in 1980. Vacation and PTO is limited on when and how it can be used with no real policies in place and useless HR.
They have many perks like 401k match and paid time offs, 529 college savings contribution too.
401k plan is the best
Great benefitsl A wide variety of options to choose from.
Generous PTO with the option to purchase additional days. 16 hours per year paid time off to volunteer in the community. Health/dental/vision benefits are so-so. Option to work one day from per week, but not until you've been with the company for 6 months.
Great benefit package. PTO is great, many days off and no weekends! All holidays off! Medical is also very good
401k match is 50% up to 8% and health insurance is on the high side, but this is a growing trend of companies in this marketplace
PTO time is pretty good but the medical plan is very expensive and overly complicated. Claims take so long to process you often get final/past due notices before claims are acknowledged
