The benefits package is great! Or, at least it seems great to me because it is the best one I have had in a long career.
The vacation and sick time is ample/competitive. The medical care cost does not reasonable, the coverage not ideal, but seems to be standard.
If you're an Adjunct (Associate Faculty), there are no benefits, including unemployment if/when your contracts don't piggyback.

Medical benefits are good. Vacation time could be better though.
