Great offer of PTO but a strict set of rules comes down to actually using them. Management will tell you to request it and then twist your arm about using it and make you feel bad for having to cover for you.
Nice vacation time offered. We usually get an extra paid day of vacation during the week of Christmas known as a "gift of time" which is awesome. We also receive a floating holiday when we can choose any paid day off throughout the year.
Starting off you get 2 weeks. For every year you are there you add a week up to five weeks. You are still responsible for hitting your monthly goals even if you are away on vacation.

Vacation and time paid off seemed reasonable likely standard in comparison to tohers. They also never had an issue if I needed to take a day off.
Depending on your tenure, PTO is excellent and you receive both vacation and sick time your first year. This is the greatest benefit the company provides.
Gradually you earn a higher rate of PTO.
Its decent, it accrues so you can use it later and get paid for it if you don't use it.
