$01K company contribution and matching to the employee contribution is really good at Ashland. I like the 401 K benefits in this company.
4% + 4% 401K match, you can buy two pairs of safety shoes per year w/ $100 voucher. Health insurance is really expensive, you pay $$$ per paycheck plus thousands for a deductible before you ever get any benefit.
Typical benefits package. Big positive is year end bonus based on company performance.
You have multiple selections for healthcare but the copays can be high. They dont give them to interns
The company matches 4% and higher, depending on situation. Annual bonuses are great, although based on performance (the company's and employee's). Up to 1 annual salary life insurance - free.
401k, medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA/FSA options. Incentives for healthy lifestyle, so free money in your HSA is always nice to offset deductible costs. Vacation plan is decent, but it is asking a bit much to work for 5 years before you get 3 weeks paid. Maternity and paternal leave was non-existant until 2016, and even then it could be improved upon. It appears that all benefits went through another round of improvement right before the company had massive layoffs at the end of 2018... perhaps the few that remain will look at this as an incentive to stay with the company.
nothing really just the basic
All outsourced- hard to find a real person to talk to
You get discount oil changes at Valvoline
401k, vacation, health, dental, eye
