They have a well rounded benefits package.
They gave you medical, 401 k, dental, and a discount in store for all the pieces of furniture. Very board coverage.
Benefits are nonexistent unless you’re working 40+ hours a week, but they will do whatever they can to make sure you don’t hit 40 hours. Only thing that was given is 52% off of merchandise.
fair benefits with 401K
The insurance is expensive and bigger deductibles every year. If you do NOT want the 401K, then you have to jump through hoops to NOT sign up because they enroll you automatically after 90 days.
Very little PTO. Health insurance is sub par. No cost of living increases on wages. No maternity leave. You can usually get items cheaper during a sale or through a 3rd party vendor than you can with the actual employee discount
Little to no benefits offered.
1000 dollars towards dental. All your run of the mill health insurance. Eye and death insurance.
Awesome loved everything about this business
