Company perks, health , dental, vision, life insurance. 401K and contributions from the employer every end of the year, employees picnic, discount to buy furniture etc.
Very flexible with schedules, time off and vacations requested almost always given if they don't interfere with business needs or other colleague requests. Health insurance is better if purchased outside of work.
Great insurance with small amount paid by employee.
Good benefits overall medical and dental
They have great benefits. They pay very well and you have lots of fun. They have every single benefit you can think of. They really care about the employees.
Opportunity for advancement in the job. Health insurance, dental, vision...401 K. Vacation days, and paid time off.
The best thing is the CEO picked up the cost increase for benefits, although anyone with any semblance of intelligence knows that is a huge tax deduction for him. The worst thing is it is expensive nonetheless.
The employee discount cannot be applied online
There isn't anything. If you're full time they'll give you health insurance, but it's not very good. The sales associates don't make commision so there's no incentive to sell. There's no incentive to work at all, really.
The pay was great I was offered well above the average sales associate. Full health insurance becomes available within 60 days of being employed with the company. I was offered a full time position with rotating weekends.
