For sales people you get you average wages while on vacation. So, if you are a selling machine, then you make good money when on vacation.

Typical 2 weeks are offered after 1 year of employment. You do get 3 personal days your first year. Getting paid for your birthday is a nice perk.

You get 10 days vacation that you must use by the end of your year. Each year it resets and you cannot carry it over year to year. They only recognize 6 paid holidays and no sick time.

I haven't had the opportunity yet to request vacation but I know many have taken unpaid vacations because their requests are always denied at first blush. Black Out dates are ridiculous, too.

Good luck using it! Constantly on phone with work or laptop

Average paid time off. Had to stay on the company if you ever had a personal, sick, bereavement, etc to make sure you were paid.

2 weeks is what is offered. This is really poor vacation time. There is an old school mindset around time off.

I had to negotiate for 2 weeks vacation. They offered only 1.
