We get a lot of perks, about 50% off of furniture items and the company throws us parties and events often! Bonuses like gift card and health incentives are a plus as well, and we get 80 hours of PTO. We get holidays off as well and they allow you to take your birthday as a holiday which is amazing! They feed us often and surprise us with free invitation to fun events and company sponsored events.

The insurance has high deductibles for the most part, there is a low deductible option but coverage is not as good. No 401K matching.

It was expensive for little coverage and my prescriptions went up in cost because there was no coverage for them. You didn't have sick time and earned vacation time very slowly. There was no real 401k package and no stock options. It was a very basic benefits that didn't really cover anything.
