“The health insurance decent-multiple plans to choose from”
“Because of the vesting time I was not able to get any contobutuion to my 401 K through Ashley. ”
“It was a fantastic discount on Ashley made products.... 50% off retail.”
The company has excellent benefits!
Perks, Health, discount , atmosphere
Health and dental, minimum copayment . Very affordable. Keizer is easy to be in network with.
employee portion was pretty affordable
Very good benefits offering.
Although salary, there is very little work/life balance or ability to work remote rather than being in the office.
A good place to get sales experience for someone in, or just finishing a college education. Because over 90% of ashley furniture stores are now franchised own, their typically arent great benefits or long term growth and promotion opportunities. Probably good job for someone without any education that has a good sales ability because you can make decent money over $40K and close to $50K if your very good. However, if you have a degree, it would be a good place to get a year or two of sales experience, and then transition into a bigger organization with more benefits and growth opportunity.
They had decent benefits.
Ashley Furniture had the best Benefits package that I have ever had, with that being said. While I was on FMLA for a medical issue, I lost my job. This was more or less an issue of my ability at that time to perform my job after my leave time.
Company health care site is great!!
