Worst - The employee discount is worthless. It was cheaper to buy with the store's running promotion than with my employee discount. Best- 18% discount through Verizon if you are an employee.

There are no real benefits and the health insurance is outrageously high if it offered at all within the first 6 months.
medical insurance coverage is amazing. Family coverage premiums near what individual premiums I’ve seen at other organizations coupled with deductibles I hadn’t seen since the early 2000s. PTO , 401k offerings were more standard. Discount was fairly substantial as well but off of base price so factoring in major sales, sale price wasn’t always too different than discount price.

You Have to wait 3 months to get your benefits even thoe you did 3 months at an agency you have to wait another 3! So if somthing happened thats serous and you never called off but a month before another 3 months is up u can be gone !!
The Copay was great. They work with cigna. Its the biggest network of Ashley's. Means the insurance is great.
Benefits package is reasonably priced for a single person. Very affordable coverage with many options for providers.
