After your 90 days of probation period, we are given 40 hrs to use towards time off.
They are extremely flexible with PTO but a downside is that if you are in a higher up position, you must be available to work remote to handle issues regardless if you're on PTO
reasonable. similar to other places

I haven't been there long enough to know all the details of this PTO but I know they do have it so I am giving it 3 stars for that
If you need a day off cause of bad weather or feeling sick you can use your hours that you gain at Ashley for them specific reasons
plenty of time for me, not sure what manufacturing employees get.
Best : part time staffs can also get paid time off I can't think of any down side of this benefit.
The worst thing was that one had to serve a year before becoming eligible for just one week of vacation time. No PTOs.
