“you can choose different plans”
“Easy to get requested time off as needed”
“employer matches 3% of your contribution ”
Great benefits compared to a lot of other companies I’ve been with or interviewed with. Aspen provides a ton of different benefits including pet insurance. Great PTO, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, vision. Starts after 30 days employment I believe.
Expensive and not good coverage
Great work life balance. Flexible time off. Great benefits
Good and affordable payments overall
How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?
I’ve been a registered nurse for about four years (ambulatory care & I loved it but felt like I missed something not being inpatient) and been a little lost. This past year has been terrible w/ jobs & have had about 5 some contracted some just so awful the stories would blow your hair back & I had to walk out. Finally, I decided to take a telemetry inpatient nurse job & I’ve been there a month & just got another job back in ambulatory. Can some one please give me advice of what I should do.
Hello all I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research. Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience. Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO? I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp? Thanks
Hi, I’m interviewing for Laboratory supervisor positions at ARUP in the Salt Lake City, UT area. I have less than 2 years supervisor experience and I would like to negotiate if I get any offers. What are other people experiences/ salaries in same positions? Thanks!
401k and health insurance are great
Great Benefits with good perks
benefits are okay for what the job is
Best: 401K, dental fringe benefit package, competitive benefit package for additional resources Worst: PTO accrual
And there was a little insurance
Good health insurance options at reasonable cost Vacation caps at 4 weeks a year - Even after 10+ years of service. Yuck
