AMAZING BENEFITS. Fantastic 401k match.
I work part time and am honestly unsure of the benefits that come with working full time. I am assuming they are pretty standard and nothing crazy. I know they do give longer PTO than most businesses when you have a baby though.
Best thing is how quickly benefits are offered! I do not have any negative comments!
As a part-time employee I received 401k benefits after 6 months of being there. Not many other benefits for part-time position other than a very flexible schedule.
Aspen Heights truly cares for "LIFE" after the regular work hours. There are annual surveys on how they can improve their benefits package and they consider and implement the "Majority" of requests and suggestions. They offer free services and opportunities to their employees that assist with their personal well being and the best interest of their families.
These are all just standard benefits that you should be receiving at any job.
No matching 401K is the biggest drawback. Other benefits are OK. Vacation time is probably about average. There are discounted gym memberships, discounts at health food restaurants, and a few others.
Best thing: Health insurance & PTO - affordable and easy to obtain Worst thing: 401K matching not in place yet
The best thing is we are well provided for in our benefits packages. The unspoken part of the benefits are these folks are truly a 'work family'. There are several events I have been invited to after work even though I have been here such a short time. And a comfortable office space. Very cool atmosphere.
Part-time employees are stuck at their hourly rate. Even after working with Aspen for a year you will not receive anything. Sometimes corporate will send you a birthday card with $5 to Starbucks, but not every part-time employee will receive it.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
