“They changed the insurance for us this year, and although I've heard some complaints, I haven't noticed anything different. ”
Amazing health, dental, and vision benefits
I appreciate the employee match and relatively generous employer contribution to the retirement plan for a nonprofit (403b rather than 401k)
Great benefits; flexible plans and options
Very lucrative and inclusive benefits package.
Excellent unfits for a nonprofit organization.
Package on par with typical non profit standard
Medical and dental benefits are great! HR plans regular health and wellness fairs for staff, including free essentials, on-site massages, manicures, and reflexology treatments. They’re also good about bringing in external expertise to facilitate conversations around topics that are of interest to staff. Aspen provides a good learning environment for its staff.
Benefits package is not great compared to other non-profits. You accrue vacation, and it often varies who gets what policies. Some departments don't follow the overall vacation policy and create their own under the table. There's a huge disparity in vacation transparency. 401K is pretty decent. Maternity leave is terrible and embarrassing.
Super competitive package, that is affordable and reliable
Generous vacation and retirement contributions through time; incredible health insurance; health & wellness are prioritized.
