Standard benefits vanilla at best

Most aspects of benefits could be considered about standard, but Aspentech recently forced out remote work options dispute employee communicating that was a highly valued benefit.

health insurance was pretty decent

Fairly new employee in Aspentech but should recognize their onboarding process that ramps up people quickly. In addition, many of their employee education initiatives are well thought out and impactive both personally and professionally. Also refreshing to see flexibility in action when HR is presented with unusual requests to support the employee. Shows a maturity and mindset well beyond many other companies in their space.

Average 401k match and benefits

Average health, dental, HSA contrib

Recently added paternity leave and expanded the maternity leave. Added new optional insurance plans as well (pet, accident, hospital stay, etc.). They're trying to stay competitive in the technology field.

Good health care, industry avg 401k match

Nothing to complain about. Seems pretty standard.
