    Initial two years PTO is minimal. It increases after two years of full time employment.

    You don't get paid vacation, you have to accumulate your PTO in order to be able to get vacation time off paid.

    They do not pay you your earned paid time off if you haven't been there at least a year, then they only pay you 75%.
