Standard benefits, medical, dental, vision, company-paid STD/LTD, cost is reasonable for single no dependents. PTO is 10 days accrued over the first year during the first 5 years.
They offer everything, 401k, life insurance, dental insurance, eye insurance, and medical insurance. I would say the medical insurance is a little expensive but still doable and coverage is good. They also offer EAP to help with physical and mental health which is nice.
Standard benefits package. Healthcare is pricey considering parent company is a global provider of medical services in 90 countries (more than 1000 locations).
Benefits are terrible. For example a single person can pay AT LEAST $100.00 per check and still have a $1000.00 and 30/70 co-pay.
The benefits are pretty cheap and good, but that's how they draw you in. You will need your health insurance for therapy once you're hired.
