    Aspire does not skimp on benefits. over the years I have never had a problem, I pay very little out of pocket for family Health, Vision, and Dental. Aspire pays over $1,000 a month. additionally, the plans they offer are very high quality and with excellent providers.

    It is hard only having 3 paid sick days per school year, but I understand why a substitute teacher would. Also, there are no paid holidays.
