    Benefits are great, would be a great offer to anyone applying to work for this company. I believe Aspirus is a great organization worth working for. 10/10 recommend to other nurses and health care staff members

    Benefits in process of being standardized across enterprise. Some gain, some lose - e.g. with PTO. I’ve been with company ~ 10 years and have had total PTO per year reduced two times. Be aware that the PTO amount includes holidays and sick days! They all are deducted from same pool of hours. Some Mgmt very supportive of striving for work-life balance. But, be mindful that if you hit max PTO for your position, accrual stops and you may not realize. Very disappointing that HR and/or manager don’t provide a heads up.

    Although the PTO is generous, you are required to use it when holidays occur.

    Good and decent. Wished they had paid holidays though. Have to use pto for holidays. Health insurance is a little high.

    The PTO accrual seems generous, but when you factor in the reality the sick days and holidays are coming out of your PTO bank, it's nothing spectacular. Especially if you work in a department where you're forced to use PTO on the holiday and you don't have the option to work that day instead of saving the PTO for a time when you prefer to use it.

    The best thing is that they still hire full timers making you eligible for coverage. The worst part is benefits have not become any cheaper with the affordable care act
