Yes there is a 401K. But with the lack of wage, there is no way any employee of low status can ever afford to put money into it. Work, you work or you don't. If you take time off for jury duty, a doctors appointment...you are met with retaliation and will not work for 3 days or more. This company does not care about its' employees.
