Worst is the very small 401k match. There are other great benefits but the just won’t be generous with 401k.
Benefits package is expensive and you may have trouble getting your benefits to go through even when it says that you have successfully enrolled.
The medical is extremely high for dependents and families for a company of this size. It isn't uncommon to have it be $500.00 per pay if you have a family. Per pay. They do offer dental and vision at good pricing, but the main item is just crazy. Associa has pretty good vacation and PTO offerings. You start with 2 weeks. The other really bad benefit issue is the 401K. They pay one time per year after the year ends and they can see the profit margin. They only pay a percentage on the dollars that you put in. Not on your salary and not like 50 cents on the dollar. What that means is they can say 5% is contributed by the company but it adds up to nothing. If you make 30,000.00 and contribute 5% you are putting in $1500.00. More they say 5% is their contribution. That is a whole $75.00. For the year. That is a disgrace for a company who says they are a great place to work.
Very expensive even for a single. If you add a dependent I think it would have gone up 8 times the amount alone? Anyways - nothing is free. It sadly reflects on what they think of their employees. No bonuses!
Health insurance is good. It also has dental and eye care insurance. I like their package. the worse thing is that if you want to add a dependent o your account for insurance, it will be very very expensive.
So first year they didn't offer anything in terms of 401K. It was offered but there was no match from the company. The medical and dental kind of suck. The dental isn't very well covered but at least they have it right. The vision insurance is everything. I love it.
This hole company sucks! Don’t bother even submitting your resume. This place is a sinkhole and a huge waste of anyone’s time that works! You will be set up for failure! you will not be trained!
The healthcare is expensive and not comprehensive enough. Copays and premiums are high and keep going up. There are no maternity/paternity paid or unpaid leave unless you file FMLA and weight loss surgery is not covered in any capactiy.
Only 7 official paid Holidays. No incentive or bonus. Minimal raise 1 % to 2 % yearly. Expensive Health Insurance for family.
Best things is that the have a plenty of paid leave but you cannot take it with the National Holiday otherwise you will not get paid of the National Holiday.
