  • Vacation & Paid Time Off(27 comments)

    The worst thing about paid time off and vacation is that you don't have the option yo use it when you want to. If you should choose to not get paid for a day off due to having something planned for a later time, you are out of luck. So, unexpected things that may require your time are not considered.

  • Health Insurance(22 comments)

    Again, the worst thing about the Health Insurance is the fact that is not affordable for large families who don't make a lot.

    The 401K plan does not match dollar for dollar. That is a huge issue for many employees.

Vacation time is pretty generous. The medical and dental are not practical or affordable.

The only area of desired improvement for me is to define a set company match for 401k. I don't like to leave any money on the table, and would love Associa to introduce a dollar for dollar match up to 5% of our annual income.

Aetna health insurance, 401 K plan, 7+ days paid vacation, personal/sick days, paid maternity leave. 401-k plan does not offer a match. Health insurance is a bit pricey for such a large organization.

Insurance costs to much but otherwise they offer great time off & other compensation packages.

The insurance could be better, pricing is a bit high. There is no paid maternity leave offered by the company. You need to save up your vacation and sick time off if you wish to be paid while out.
