    I recently had some back trouble that caused me to stay multiple days in the hospital. The overnight stays in the hospital were fully covered under the insurance.

    Typical plan in the industry ... High Out of Pocket Plan with modest premiums. A victim, like most employers, of the exploding costs of insuring employees under AHCA. Not the worst I have seen ... Not the best.

    Plans are substandard. Hope that you have a spouse that receives decent benefits that you can rely on. Constantly slimming down and reducing benefits and increasing cost to colleagues.
