Benefits use to be great. They have been taking more away in benefits each year that the minimal raise does not compensate you for what is lost. Cost me more to stay here each year
Pros: excellent healthcare, vacation, sick time, and opportunities for compensatory time off and overtime Cons: vacation selection is by seniority so it can take a while to work up to getting the choice of time or weeks you might actually want.
