Good benefit package for full time employees.
Health insurance has a very deductible
Good benefits kinda of costly though
Sick time doesn't start accruing until you've been here for 1 year, so you need to be here for 14 months before having a sick day available. There is a small year end bonus.
Great vacations after you have been there for 20 years(5 weeks off).
You'll most likely never work there long enough to start collecting it. Most people leave within the first month.
Nothing special about high deductible medical/health insurance, 401k matching, vacation days, sick days, 6 holidays off
You start off with 8 days of paid vacation and then your second year you get 12 days. The benefits are actually pretty great, they dont cost much and you get good health insurance, life, vision, dental etc.. They also do 401k matching contributions. It's "possible" to retire at 50 with this job.
The worst thing is that the pension plan is loosing money and may not be available for retirees in the future.
Medical Benefits are above average for hourly employees.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
