The flexibility to take time off. The package of benefits like health insurance, 401K, and the many company functions make this company such a great place to work for. In the admin office they have a very positive approach to getting work done. The office staff is constantly trying to fill each others buckets with positive reinforcement. Even if they did not offer the full benefits package, I can still see myself wanting to work for this company.

The best part is being able to keep your residual income after a 3 year commitment to the company. The worst is having no guarantee of income.

Because this is a 1099 position with uncapped earnings you pay for most of your own benefits. There are specific advantages to owning your own business. Because I am creating a very large residual business, my earnings are a giant 401K and will dwarf the 401K plans from over 20 years of contributions I have already accumulated.
