Just increased their percent match to 403b contribution. 15 days vacation, 4 personal to start.
Insurance is okay, and plenty of paid time off and sick leave. But maternity leave is only 2 weeks.
ATD has a great benefits package that includes discounted movie tickets.
PTO is pretty generous , starting at 3 weeks and working up to 5 weeks depending on your tenure. Health, medical, dental, 1 month of paid sabbatication after working there for 7 years. Flexible work hours (at least in most departments). The only downside is that while employees are set up to work remotely, and you can do so every now and then if you have a need, working remotely is not an option on a structured/consistent basis.
MEDICAL INSURANCE, 403 B , 21 Days vacation (after 5 years) , 2 days personal leave.
Insurance in VA is pricey. However, the policies are good. Parking is a prime perk. Can also get metro credit or a 100.00 credit if you get to work some other way.
Covers the spectrum - health insurance, dental and eye insurance, 401k, sabbatication, vacation, sick leave, tuition assistance, holidays, and subsidized snacks.
It is not bad overall
Very good health insurance, and discounted movie tickets.
Best thing was the sick leave which one was able to save from yr to yr. don't think it's like that any more.
