The benefits are AMAZING! I can't think of any that have been better at other places I've worked, except for maybe the maternity leave. They have tons of work life balance benefits, including things like free identity theft protection for your family and your parents (because their problems are your problems), free tutoring for your kids, free financial planners and free college coaches. Also many other things like a company contribution to your 401K on top of a generous match, low cost medical/dental/vision/life ins plans, subsidized cafeteria, low cost gym, 1/2 day Fridays, extra time off to care for a sick family member so you don't have to use PTO, 5 days off for volunteering, a financial wellness plan - which is $1000 you can spend on paying down student loans, debt or just put into savings.

Our benefits are far above others I think. Apart from the normal medical, dental and vision we also have legal, paid volenteer days.
Astellas truly has the best benefits package I've ever seen. It really communicates that employees are valued. I love that some of the benefits not only extend to the employee and dependents, but also the employee's parents and parents-in-law.
