Match 6% contributing to 401k
The benefits are at AstraZeneca are the best. Especially if you are enrolled in the highest package. I particularly like their fertility benefits. It's nice to have them for individuals who need it.
Great vacation time, generous sick time for thos of us who do not abuse sick leave, 401k match, and all of the "normal" health/dental/optical insurances that an individual or family will require. Work from hom is the one item that is lacking for our location.
