Health insurance, 401k, and vacation are all very fair and competitive. They are also very generous with time off for family issues.
Paid-time off is below average and no carry over is allowed - use it or lose it. Swedish site has many government mandated holidays that either stall projects or shift work to other sites. All sites have gone to "open space" with no fixed desk assignment (reserve them each day up to 2 weeks ahead) - ratio is ~1.5 people per physical desk, but the remote work plans are highly dependent on your manager, some of them still want to see you in your seat regardless. This is last-century management - when 90% of the team is spread across the globe. Dental benefits provided are poor relative to industry and region. Provider and cost are barely worth it. Network limited. Coordination of benefits (look it up!) means that i can't even buy my own insurance and supplement it. Health insurance is only 'ok' compared to peers in the industry, in the Greater Boston area. There are better networks offered for less employee cost. Long-term incentive (stock) awarded above a certain job rank. Up to 6% 401k match, 3 year vest on the matched portion. 401k managed by Fidelity so that's pretty good. On site cafeteria has gotten far more expensive for less appealing options - no convenient close options without fighting Winter St / Totten Pond traffic. Bring your lunch! Professional development at the mercy of your manager.

Best: 15 days vacation + 2 floater holidays + closure between christmas through new years. excellent 401k matching program of 6% fully vested day 1. Worst about benefits is bonus is dependent on company performance. We have been lucky the past few years and have been paid out at 100% but there is always a risk in case one year we may not do as well
