Astronics has a well rounded benefits. The only downside is the time off hours. I think the vacation is close to fair but still sub par and the personal of 24 hours total is kind of ludacris. To make it more atrocious, that rate of 24 hours will never go up regardless of added years to the company... and its not even 3 days. Who is sick less than 3 days a year? Thats why sickness spreads through the company like wildfire.
Astronics AES. Tuition reimbursement, 401k plan that matches up to 4% of salary, and 3 weeks off to start. The health insurance is on the expensive side, but HR is trying to add cheaper options.
As an intern I do not have a benefits package. I work a full time job that has good benefits, therefor do not need them from this company.

The best thing about this company was the flexible working hours. I worked contract, so there was not a benefit package for me.

Great benefits and lots of company activities to participate in. The 401k plan is adequate. The vacation time is very good with the year end shutdown.
The best part of the benefits is that they are generous, intended to actually benefit employees, and the quarterly profit sharing bonuses are icing on the cake!
