To get a vacation, you will use the paid time off that you accumulate. You have the potential to earn up to 17 work days of Paid Time Off (136 hours) a year. This means by the time you’re out of training, you’ll have about 2 days off. I’d suggest saving those for about a month later when you find out training isn’t like the job and you want to get away from here for a while before you quit.

If you're an hourly employee these befits are somewhat weak. No vacation time or sick days, only earn PTO as you work. The longer you've been there, the faster it accumulates. If you're salary, PTO, sick time, and vacation time are great benefits.

The best thing is VTO where you can leave early if it is slow, and if you can bank hours where if you're on time everyday it is to your benefit
